Haruhiko Kuroe
  • Job title
    Associate Professor
  • Research
    theme
"Physical Properties in Quantum Spin and Strongly Correlated Electron Systems under Multiple Extreme Conditions"
  • Profile

    Research activity:
I developed a Raman-scattering measurement system in magnetic field up to 12 T.
Using this system, I measure Raman scattering in Mn oxides and spin-Peierls systems.
I also calculate magnetic specific heat in a quantum spin system
to compare with that measured by quasi-elastic scattering of lights.
I also provide the data of magnetic susceptibility
in a spin-gap system to other experimentalists.Educational activity:
I developed many kinds of educational tools for university students,
such as digital circuit learning tool,
    Hall-effects measurement system,
and specific-heat measurement system.(Subject of research)
Research in magnetism obtained from the magnetic light scattering from spin multiplets
Optical properties of Mn oxides under multi-extreme conditions
Raman spectra in magnon BEC state
Optical Properties in Spin-Gap Systems under multiextreme condition
    Optical Properties in Manganites
