    Currently an Assistant Professor at Sophia University (2024~ present); Previously was Postdoc Researcher, Alliance for Research on North Africa, University of Tsukuba (2011-2014), Assistant Professor (2014-2018) then Associate Professor at the University of Tsukuba (2018-2022); Recently volunteered as Philippine’s Dept of Science and Technology’s Philippine Council for Health and Research Development (DOST-PCHRD) “Balik Scientist” for Functional Food Research (2022-2024); Conducted short studies abroad included being a Research Fellow under the Erasmus Mundus Teaching Mobility Program at the University of Montpellier in 2016 and as a Visiting Researcher at the Ludwig Institute for Cancer Research at the University of Oxford in 2017.
